3 way idli with punjabi twist

I am Naman Aggarwal, aged 13 , a junior home chef and an experienced farm visitor. A winner of red apron challenge, i am a passionate cook and love to experiment with flavours and technique.

I love to work with chocolate, particularly, and try and make shapes with it resulting in some balloons bursting off in our kitchen in attempts to make chocolate bowls. This is my mom's recipe and i have cooked it several times and experimented on this a lot during the lockdown. There are no added artificial colours but all natural vegetables's fragrance, texture and colours.

This is actually a very interesting and an organised recipe which i did with gayatri's gourmet on ' The junior Chef's instagram takeover ' which was a series Of live demos by students of gayatri's gourmet masterclass.  being the first student to present this series , it was a huge responsibility on my part to serve the audience to the best of my capacity.

My journey of cooking started and enhanced with gayatri's gourmet.

This recipe influenced me to make my signature food platter which showcases a food lesson in a way that's very exceptional.

My food platter crafted and created by me represents a war between healthy vs junk food items. The midway of the platter which shows a zig- zag sign on both the parallel sides symbolises the versus sign.

The healthy food items are displayed on the top which means they were , are and will always be a winner when compared with the junk food items.

An important tip to remember would be to stir the idli batter in the batter.
