Home chefs are a boon – no we are serious! You guys are kind of underrated as culinary professionals. From getting a variety of options to excellent quality, home grade food, there is a lot that you are contributing to this industry. Here is how you are so special!

1. You work hard

Being a home chef is not easy, it is not a 9-5 job but you signed up for this! It excites you to create magic in the wee hours of the night. From calculating the material cost to doing all the back work to ensure that the product is delivered on time, you guys are hard workers!

2. You are excellent planners

We really mean it! If a client needs cupcakes at 10 am, you will bake them fresh in the middle of the night, ensuring that they get exactly the required amount of time to set – I mean whoa! you do not skimp on the effort even for a few minutes and that is what makes you great planners.

3. You care

Unlike large commercial bakeries that offer premix-made products, choc-a-block with preservatives, you guys actually care to use the good stuff! And not just that unlike these bakeries that put a big discount on stale cakes, you don’t even offer stale food to customers! That is truly something. 

4. You multitask

There is no limit to what you guys can do! I mean all that multitasking deserves a separate blog on its own. You shop, prep, cook, set, package and deliver. And apart from that you guys also function as your own marketing, accounting and admin team. Tremendous respect y’all!
