Aaloo bonda

I like this recipe so much because I haven't used lots of gram flour to make its batter as it is very heavy and it becomes soggy after getting cold. I used some rice flour along with a little amount of urad ki dal to give it a crispier touch. I mixed the Rice flour And grinded urad dal in the gram flour batter.  


And the stuffing of the aaloo bonda is a bit spicy and gives a great taste.
