Appe with coconut chutney

Ingredients... 

Sooji-150gm 

Curd-100gm 

Carrot-50gm 

Beans-50gm 

Capsicum-50gm 

Onion-50gm 

Grated ginger-1 tea spoon 

Chilli-2 psc(as per your taste) 

Salt-as per taste 

Oil-2 spoons 

Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon 

Urad dal-1 tea spoon 

Chana dal -1 tea spoon 

Hing 

Curry leaves 

Eno-10 gm(lemon flavor) 

Method... 

First add oil to a hot pan.

When the oil becomes hot put hing,chana dal,urad dal, mustard seeds and green chillies one by one.

When ingredients get fried properly,add cpsicum,carrot, beans and salt to taste.

After few times of cooking,take out the ingredients and put it for 5 mins to cool down.

Now make a batter of sooji,curd,water as per your need,grated ginger,fried vegetables and salt to taste.

Mix it properly and leave it for 30 mins.Now add lemon flavor eno and mix again.

Add oil to appe maker.

When the oil becomes hot,put the batter on it and cover the pan with its lid.

After 2-3 mins flip the appes and leave it to cook.

After 5 mins your appe will get ready. 

Eat with any chutney and enjoy it.
