Apple pie Gujiyas
An š a day keeps the doctor away... few apples were lying in my fridge and constantly reminding me this saying. But nobody was ready to have it like this only So I decided to prepare apple pie but Holi mood popped out a fusion idea to prepare Gujiya with a twist of apple pie... waise bhi Gujiya bina holi nahi aur Holi k bina gujiya ka maja kahan, sahi kaha naa ....
So apple filling inside the gujiya is like we prepare for pie but the outer crust is prepared like gujiya only( without sugar) and to make it little sugary on top I spread some Caramel sauce š ... and these tasted yum. Enjoy these fusion gujiyas with your family and friends... #eatclickshare
