Badam Halwa

Halwas of different colors and textures are quite common in India but "Badam ka Halwa" has a charm of its own. The nuttiness, the elegance and the flavors keep it ahead of all the halwas. I keep preparing it for its versatility as well. It can be easily rolled into laddus and coated with chocolates and called bliss balls. Made of good quality almonds and flavored with saffron and rose petals, they are not only a treat to eyes but taste great as well.
