Beetroot Infused Devil Eggs
"Sunday ho ya Monday roz khao ande" Bore ho gaye the egg bhurji, omlette aur boiled eggs kha ke, to bas phir kya tha.. dimag ki batti jalli aur ban gaya boiled eggs ka naya avatar š The egg whites are infused with beetroot juice and yolks with Orange rind. It's so simple, Hard boil eggs and scoop out yolk.. just soak hard boiled egg whites in warm beetroot thick juice for around an hour. Whip egg yolk and add orange rind, Mayonnaise, Chilli Flakes and little salt. Top these creamy egg yolks on Egg whites.. Top it with anything of your choice.. Sauteed shrimps goes superb as toppings ( I kept in totally simple) We totally enjoyed them as mid morning snacks š
