Pizzaaaaa.. the name itself is sooo fascinating.. with toppings so yum, the sauce and the melting cheese.. this dish can cheer up any one's mood and tantalise the taste buds leaving behind an unforgettable taste.. My son, a cheerful and energetic 11 year old boy, a big foodie (just like mom and dad) always oves biting into cheesy pizza with lot of veggies as toppings.. Given a chance he can have pizza anytime of the day and any number of times.. pizza is something he's never bored of.. This pizza story is about the pizza I made for him to cheer him up. With relocation plans to another locality in Bengaluru we eagerly discussed getting ourselves a nice cosy home and this meant he had to leave the present school since our new house was a little far away from his school. This thought itself gave him a lot of jitters. We somehow convinced him and made sure that he can meet his old friends often. After the lockdown, unlock and all the other things that rocked down the world, he managed to get a seat in a new school. He was happy, but at the same time a rush of emotions because he was really really sad to leave behind his friends who he knew since Montessori and of course the teachers who adored him because of his talkative, enthusiastic and curious nature. This veggie pizza had to cheer him up because he spread the sauce and placed the toppings all by himself. The cheese perfectly melted, toppings perfectly crunchy and the base just cooked to the right crispyness.. The pizza won his heart and he cheered up himself and trying to get himself ready to meet new people, make new friends and learn new things..
