Chickpea lentil veg curry

1:First, soak 1 cup of chana dal in water for hours.
2:Then grind the lentils in the grinder, add 2 green chilies and 4-5 pieces of garlic.
3:Then put the paste of lentils in the pan and fry well
4:Then mix salt, turmeric, coriander powder in the roasted lentils
5:Then put some light oil in a vessel, freeze roasted lentils and after 5 minutes cut it into the shape of your choice.
6.Now to make curry, put 2 tbsp oil in a vessel, then add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, after that add 1 finely chopped onion, after that add 4 tomato paste and fry it well
7:After that add 2 cups of water, after a boil put the pieces of lentils, cook for 2 minutes. Your vegetable is ready, garnish with green coriander.
