Honey dipped Gajar Halwa Gujiya
I have seen so many gujiya recipies , but wantedto try it with a little twist and since carrots are due to leave the markets soon,I decided to try these.
They are way richer than the mava gujiyas and I wanted to keep it light on the sugar syrup, so it was substituted with honey and Kesar strands.
