Indian noodles (shevai/Vermicelli)

1. Take whole wheat noodles (shevai/Vermicelli), boil it in water until it cooks well. Drain water from it & keep it aside.

2. In a big Pan/kadhai, take some butter & stir fry chopped veggies (carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, peas, onion)

3. Add red chilli powder, Maggie magic masala, turmeric powder & salt. 4. Add some pumpkin gravy* for some creamy texture.

5. Mix Well & Add Cooked Shevai(Noodles) & Some Drained Water. 6. Cook Well & Garnish With Green Onions. 7. Serve Hot.

*PumpkinPuree - a. Boil chopped Pumpkin, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Cashew, Green chilli in little water. b. Make fine puree of all ingredients in mixer blender.
