Langcha is a Bengali mithai that originates from Saktigarh in the Bardhaman of West Bengal, India

Bengali=Sweet dish. Langcha is one of the popular sweets of West Bengal. The main ingredient of langcha is chena (cottage cheese) which is mostly mixed with Mawa and then deep-fried until it turns golden brown in colour and the last part is to dunk them in sugar syrup. It's a cylindrical shaped or oblong shape sweet. We all can agree that no festive season is complete without any sweet.
