Margherita Pizza toast
Just a simple toast for a quick snack, you can call it anything - tomato cheese toast, crostini, Margherita pizza toast, whatever you like. Being a kid, Tomato chunks were never my favourite until hostel happened. Not just hostel but even travelling has changed my taste buds to a lot of extent. There are good vegan and vegetarian options across different countries now but even a few years back it was so difficult to find anything veg except at sarvana bhawan 😛. Apart from that, the only saviour was tomato cheese toast for most of the trips. It’s so easy and perfect for a summer brunch with a nice drink or even in winters with a hot cup of coffee or chai ( I can pair anything with chai) . Just 3-4 basic ingredients and you are sorted. 🍅 toasted bread 🍅 mozzarella cheese 🍅 charred tomatoes 🍅 seasoning-salt ,oregano, chilly flakes and black pepper 🍅 basil if available Keep it simple, yet hearty ♥️☺️☺️
