Mini puranpoli crepe cake
Puranpoli.....famous classic maharashtrian sweet is a stuffed flatbread with south indian origin. I tried to give it a modern look just like crepe cakes. This mini puranpoli crepe cake contains layers of small flatbreads of maida(not stuffed) and puran cream(whipped cream + puran). I hope you guys loved the twist i gave to traditional puranpoli. #EatClickShare
