My Emotions for Thekua
Thekua is the one Indian dessert that I crave for the most.
I first had them when I was a kid of the age of about 8 in my friend's Tiffin box. Those rock solid cookies left me spellbound. I don't know why but those left me wanting them for more. After years of trial and error by my mom, I found the perfect recipe of "Thekua". Hope you will love them Too.
