No Sugar Baked Gujiya

Color your mind with positivism and happiness... Happy Holi. Holi festival is incomplete without Gujiya that's been passed on from generation to generation. We have been making the fried version but now time changed...get more conscious about our health....hence I came up with baked version. 
I still remember one week before the holi festival grandma..maa prepare tons of fried gujiya and the taste of the traditional gujiya could not replace by any updated version. So I keept both one, the Traditional fried gujiya and Baked gujiya...try to give some colorful effect also by mixing few drops of liquid food clr. Now taking about sugar free baked gujiyas, coarsely chopped nuts n mix chopped dates... simply roast them in low flame. Your gujiya feeling ready. Brush some oil on the gujiya and on baking tray... preheat oven at 200 and baked for 15mints. One more thing want to share that if we fry than some little air bubbles get formed on the gujiya but in baking the shape n body of the gujiya remain intact.. smooth.
Which one you like most...baked colored gujiya or traditional fried gujiya...
