Pineapple Cake

If you love cake making Pineapple cake is the best way to invest your time as it requires not so exotic ingredients and is very easy. Perfect for your kitties or birthday parties. We all have beautiful childhood memories attached to Pineapple cake especially school times, every one of us has bought it during school for Rs. 10 from the canteen. Cake Making is not a very difficult task but it has some of its own secrets in this article I'll be sharing mine as it has always worked for me.

1. While adding Baking Soda and Baking Powder do not skip any of them and always use vinegar, don't worry vanilla essence will completely balance the pungent taste and smell of vinegar and you'll have your soft sponge ready.

2. Do not poke Knife or Needle a lot many times max should be 3 as lots of holes allow the enclosed air to escape and your cake collapses from the center.

3. To avoid it collapsing from the center do not hurry in bringing the cake out of the oven as the temperature inside the oven is comparatively high from outside, if you hurry in bringing it out this sudden change in temperature will excite the warm air inside to escape hurriedly and your beautiful dome might collapse

4. While icing, use a warm pallet knife or any big knife to finish and smoothen the top and edges and then finish by gently pressing a paper towel on the surface this will give you a really smooth surface to decorate upon.

5. Last but not least, try using fresh fruits and crushes made from them as canned or bottled fruits and crushes have preservatives added to them and fresh fruits are healthier also they have this natural crunch which will have a refreshing effect on your pallet.
