Pineapple cake
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrres
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar,eggs, baking soda, baking powder ,pineapple essence, chopped pineapple and few drops of oil.mix well to blend.
Bake for 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
To make the frosting - In a medium bowl, combine cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.Beat until creamy . spread on warm cake.
