Hereās a surprisingly delicious salad cake that deserves a spot on your plate! The name doesnāt have quite the ring of say, potato salad. But this unique salad is so refreshing, youāll become a convert from the first bite. If youāre struggling to get the kids to eat salad, why not disguise them in a salad cake? Even this incredibly tempting salad cake can become the centerpiece of your festive table or special occasions. Furthermore, it features simple and affordable ingredients, and the result is spectacular.
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes: 200gm
Carrot: 200gm
Red cabbage: 200gm
Masala Paneer: 200gm
Beet ā 50gm
Mayonnaise ā White eggless & Tandoori flavoured
Red chilli Garlic Chutney
Oregano ā For Sprinkle
Black pepper - For Sprinkle
GARNISHING: It can be any of your choice
METHOD:
š¹Boil a potatoes and smash it. Grate Carrot, Red Cabbage. Churn the beet into mixture for a few seconds only. š¹Now take a plate and place a springform cake tin. Remove cake tin base.
š¹Place a layer of potato and gently press it equally on all side. Spread tandoori mayonnaise and red chilli garlic chutney, now sprinkle oregano and black pepper.In next layer place grated carrot, press it gently and spread eggless mayonnaise and sprinkle black pepper. Now layer a red cabbage, spread both mayonnaise by mixing it, sprinkle oregano and black pepper.
š¹Last layer will be of grated masala paneer. Garnish it and now slowly open the springform cake tin. Place it into refrigerator for half an hour to combines the layers well. A super-flavourful salad dish is ready to serve! šš¤
