I loved everything my dadi ( grandmother) cooked. she was a genius cook especially when it comes to seafood. and these prawns tikkis are her one of the best and always in demand dish. As we live in a coastal region and my father owns a seafood business now and then we get a fresh catch of seafood variety. so whenever we get prawns I have to cook for my family. every time I serve it, I remember my dadi.
