Rose Ladoo filled with gulkand filling

These are the best ladoo I ever had .The flavour of rose and gulkand was ultimate, best part of these ladoos is it can be made in 20 minutes, if you are using ready paneer minus 5 minutes and can be made in 15 minutes. They taste better if we use homemade paneer instead of readymade, they have a rich look of pink colour and can be gifted to your near & dear ones.Instead of gulkand you can add filling of your choice like coconut filling or any other.

 

Ingredients 1 cup milk powder 1/4 th cup condensed milk 2-3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp roohafza(if you don't have rooh afza add 1 tsp rose essence &2 drops of red colour) 1 drop of red colour Paneer out of 1 litre milk Gulkand filling 1&1/2 tbsp of gulkand 1 tsp each pistachio,cashewnuts, almonds chopped desiccated coconut

Method 1) crumble paneer ,add milk powder, Roohafza & condensed milk,and 2-3 tsp of milk,mix everything with fingers 2)Add this mixture to mixture jar and grind on pulse mode for 1 minute,remove in separate plate. 3)now drizzle 2-3 drops of ghee and knead like dough,keep aside for 5 minutes. 4)mix gulkand and dry fruits and make tiny balls. 5)make ladoo size balls of paneer mixture and spread little with fingers,place gulkand mixture in middle and seal from all sides,roll and make ladoo,garnish with desiccated coconut and pistachios
