Drunk on Desserts
I baked this Rum n Raisin cake for my Rum loving Father, on his Birthday. The rum and orange juice soaked raisins popped with freshness in each bite. The addition of citrus fruits as decoration helped cut the creaminess of fresh cream. Each bite was savored and eaten. I could not have been more proud of this creation of mine.
