Shahi Tukda / Shahi Toast

Shahi Tukda is a Royal dessert made by frying or toasting the bread slices, soaking un sugar syrup and topping it with thick and creamy rabdi. The bread slices can be soaked directly in rabdi. It is then garnished with saffron and lots of dryfruits. It is perfect dessert for any festival like holi, diwali or any party at home. This is one of my favorite desserts because it is so royally Indian🙂
