Son's Birthday
Recently celebrated my son's birthday. Invited his friends and neighbors for a small evening party. What is a party without Pizza.. but, as a precaution considering the Covid situation, didn't want to get any food delivered to home. Had to come up with something that is Pizza like and at the same time not too difficult to make at home for a sizable number of guests. After some research zeroed in on Bread Pizza. Guess what, it was a hit at the party, kids liked it much and didn't miss the actual Pizza at all. That made for one memorable Pizza Story. Wouldn't you agree?!
