RASMALI IS ONE OF THE POPULAR BENGALI SWEET AND IT IS QUITE POPULAR IN ALL OVER INDIA .IN THIS DESSERT  RASGULLAS ARE SOAKED IN THICKENED AND SWEETENED MILK.  MAKE IT WITH SIMPLE INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE IN OUR KITCHEN. THIS RECIPE OF RASMALLI HAS TWIST OF ROSE IN ITS TASTE.

INGREDIENTS OF THIS REIPE ARE
MILK - 2.5 KG
SUGAR - 1 CUP
CONDENSED MILK - 3/4 TIN 
PINK COLOUR - 2-3 DROPS
ROSE PETALS (DRY) - 1SMALL BOWL
ROSE ESSENCE - 10-15 DROPS
CORNFLOUR/ FLOUR/WHEAT FLOOR - 2-3 TBPS
LEMON SYRUP/ VINEGAR - 6-7 TBSP MIXED WITH EQUAL QUANTITY OF WATER
CHOPPED NUTS FOR GARNISHING.
