Spinach Egg Sak

Boil Spinach n eggs chopp garlic make tomato puree first of all add oil in a pan add cumin seed ,dn chopped garlic 2 spoon,now add chopped green chilli, soate 2 min now add gring spinach add salt according taste n cook for 2 min. Now in nex Pan Add Oil Cumin seeds n choppes Garlic 2 Spoon,soate for 2 Min now Add Tomato puree, cook it well after That add Masalas like salt ,coriander Powder,red chilli powder,turmeric garam Masala n special masala tasties by suman mix it well n den add Boiled egg White part cut it into small piece keep the yellow part aside for garnishing. Now keep the spinach pan sprinkle some boiled Egg piece then Arrange the Layer Of Egg curry upon Spinach layer add some pieces of chopped egg,then add 1 bowl of chopped coriander leaves lastly take out in a bowl to serve garnish it wiyh yellow part of egg coriander leaves n some garam masala. Serve it with paratha or chappati.
