Styling of Dahi wada

This was my first attempt with moong dal as traditionally its prepared with Urad dal & the tip which I found useful to make light & fluffy vadas without soda is to continuously whisk the lentil batter for 3-4 mins & to test , drop some batter in a bowl full of water, the batter should float.

This wave of corona is way more heart wrenching than the previous one.
On one hand,People are getting vaccinated & on the contrary, many front line workers who have already been vaccinated are still getting impacted .
Everything seems insane but the only way is to keep calm & carry on what we are doing .

This is something which I did on weekend to keep myself calm & it literally took me 25 mins to style(I would like to say)with my hands shivering as chutneys have flowy consistency.

So Take a chill pill, eat dahi vada dunked in chilled yoghurt topped up with spicy tangy dips & enjoy :)
