Sugarfree Baked Gujia

Whenever I think of Holi, the first thing that comes to my mind is Gujiya!
Filled with mawa (dried milk solids), nuts and raisins, the festival of Holi is incomplete without this quintessential dessert!
During festivals there's so much to eat, that we all are worried about the calorie intake.
Traditionally Gujiya was deep fried in oil or ghee. However now a days peoples are very health conscious hence I made these sugarfree Gujiyas baked as well as fried.
