Suji ka halwa

#Ingredients:
2 Cup Semolina
2 Cup Ghee/Refined Oil
4 Cup Sugar
6 Cup Water
4-5 Green Cardamom

For #Garnishing:
Coconut
Almond
Cashew
Dry Dates

#Method:
Step 1: Prepare Sugar Syrup
Take a Pan
Pour water
add sugar
bring to boil on high flame till sugar dissolves completely
when sugar is dissolved turn off the flame and keep it aside to let it cool on room temperature.

Step 2:
Put a Pot and turn on the flame
Add Ghee
Add Green Cardamom fry for 10sec
Add Semolina and Stir all it well
Roast Semolina till it turns light golden brown and ghee separates
Turn off the flame

Step 3:
Pour Sugar Syrup slowly and carefully
Add half of all Dry fruits in mixture
Stir it well and bring to boil on high flame
once boiled switch off the flame
and cover the pot with lid

Let it rest on room temperature for 10-15min

check it out after 15min if Semolina absorbed sugar syrup completely means all set.. it's ready to dish out

Step 4:
Dish out Halwa in a Bowl and garnish with Dry fruits
Serve Hot
