The Chocolate Garden!! Dessert With Richness Of Chocolate In It.
Everything on the plate is edible
The ball is made up of dark compound chocolate inside the ball it contains 4 layers
The bottom layer is of pineapple gel which is covered by the second layer of chocolate Sponge then the third layer is of a disc of white chocolate and final layer is of chocolate mousse topped with Some crunchy nuts.
The ball is covered with some chocolate soil from outside to give it a nice eye appeal. This is one of my own creation if you want to check out more of such dishes
