The saturn pastry
This is a eggfree pastry specially for vegetarians. Inside it's the vanilla sponge along with the homemade caramel sauce and apple pie filling kepping in mind the seasonal fruit. It's my experiment by combining the flavours such as vanilla, apple, chocolate and caramel. The pastry is specially named for its shape and the most attractive part is the nougat ring with almonds as it denotes the 'chikki' which is made in India but nougats are from Montélimar, France. #Eat-click-share
