1-If you want to peel garlic in few sec just add hot water in a bowl and keep all garlic in it.after 5 sec remove all water.now u can easily peel ur garlic 2-if u want to make curd than keep lil warmer milk to set it....after misk curd in milk Shake it higher like lassi two time and keep it a warmer place..your curd will thick. 3-if you are making chutney then add few moongfali in the ingredients and your chutney wool good in colour and as well in taste also. 4-making ghee at home pour 1 table spoon curd in your cream and your ghee will come huge in quantity. 5-remove green chillies tale before keeping in your fridge.it will loan lasting.
