Vineet Bhatia

Vineet Bhatia, born in 1967, got his culinary inspiration from his Mother. He started his journey by getting appointed by the Oberoi Hotel as a trainee chef. Over time, with years of hard work & experience, Vineet was awarded a Michelin star - he was the first Indian chef to get such recognition. Currently, the chef has 10 restaurants in service, including KAMA by Vineet, and he also appeared as a judge on the Netflix show The Final Table and judge-host in Masterchef India. In 2021, Chef Vineet was appointed culinary Ambassador for the GREAT Campaign for Great Britain & Northern Ireland. Vikas Khanna

Vikas Khanna is an internationally renowned Indian-American chef, an award-winning poet, author & filmmaker. He has hosted reality shows like Masterchef, Hell’s Kitchen and others. He has established himself in the culinary world - having written more than 25 cookbooks, his favourite Flavours First received the most prestigious Benjamin Franklin Award and others like My Great Indian Cookbook, Khanna Sutra: Food Lessons in Love Vikas Khanna & Savour Mumbai: A Culinary Journey Through India's Melting Pot Vikas Khanna won Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. The celebrity chef has restaurants - Kinara & Ellora in Dubai and Bunglow in the East Village of New York City. Sarah Todd is an Australian chef, restauranteur, model and cookbook author who gained recognition from Masterchef Australia in 2014. Todd opened her 1st restaurant in Goa - Antares Restaurant & Beach Club, which she co-owns. She started a series, My Restaurant in India, which gained popularity in 156 countries. She was also a judge on the reality show Grilled. Who isn’t aware of who Sanjeev Kapoor is? Our faourite since childhood - an Indian celebrity chef, entrepreneur and television personality. He was the youngest Executive chef at Centaur Hotel in Mumbai in 1992. He has captivated millions of hearts over the years through his longest cooking show, ‘Khana Khazana,’ which is remembered by all us through his dialogue - Namak Swaad Anusaar. He owns the Yellow Chilli chain and Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor. Some of his signature dishes are prawn ambotik, chutney prawn pulao, changezi chicken curry and palak paneer.
