Ingredients

  • 2 cups Makke ka atta or yellow corn flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and add water slowly to make soft dough.
  • Cover it for 5 mins.
  • Then, knead it again, it becomes soft.
  • Heat the tawa, take a small ball of dough, roll it thick, not so thin.
  • Cook on tawa from one side on low flame, then flip it, cook from other side.
  • Then press it with a cloth and cook completely. Ready to eat
