Ingredients

All purpose flour
Powdered sugar
Malai
Soda
Baking powder
Milkpowder
Milk
Strawberry essensce
Strawberry crush
Whipped cream
Liquid food color pink

Instructions

Add cream and sugar .beat till creamy
Seive flour with milk powder ,baking powder soda
Fold in flour alternatively with milk
Add seesnce and beat well
Pour into the greased and dusted mould and bake at 180 degree for 35 min
Unmould the cake after four hrs
Leave it aside for next two hrs
Cut into three layers apply strawberry crush on each layer
Apply thin sugar syrup too on each layer of cake
Now whipp the cream by adding pink liquid food color
Now garnish the cake with appropriate nossel
