Notes/Tips

When the oil is hot, check that the oil is heated properly. And when you turn the wada on the hand, turn the hand with water and then make the wada so that the palms of the hands will not stick and it will not be difficult to make another wada. After frying the vada in a pan, slowly add oil with a spoon so that the vada does not burn and it will fry well and become crispy until golden.
