Ingredients

  • 250 g arbi(colocasia)
  • 1 raw banana/2 potatoes boiled
  • 1 ” ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanut meal
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Rock salt
  • 3-4 tbsp water chestnut flour

Instructions

  • Mix and mash all the above ingredients in a bowl. (Make sure there is no water added from the boiled items)
  • Take enough flour for dusting(as it will be sticky) and make rolls or patties out of the dough shaping it gently in your palm.
  • Shallow fry in a broad pan and relish with fresh mint chutney and a sip of hot tea.
