Ingredients

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Sugar 10 tsp
  • Samo/ bhagar 2 tsp
  • Almond and cashew nuts 4 each
  • Soaked kesar
  • Pistachios 1 tsp
  • Mango pulp 2-3 tbsp
  • Rose syrup 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Soak samo for 1 hour even cashew nuts and almond also. Make paste of nuts.
  • Now mix milk and sugar and boil. Add samo and cook it completely. Then add nut paste and boil till thick and creamy.
  • Now allow to cool completely and divide into 3 parts.
  • Part 1 Add kesar pista and garnish with the same
  • Part 2 Add Mango pulp and garnish with pistachios
  • Part 3 Add rose syrup and garnish with rose syrup and cashew nuts

Notes/Tips

Rice can be used in place of samo.
