- Soak samo for 1 hour even cashew nuts and almond also. Make paste of nuts.
- Now mix milk and sugar and boil. Add samo and cook it completely. Then add nut paste and boil till thick and creamy.
- Now allow to cool completely and divide into 3 parts.
- Part 1 Add kesar pista and garnish with the same
- Part 2 Add Mango pulp and garnish with pistachios
- Part 3 Add rose syrup and garnish with rose syrup and cashew nuts
