Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup udid dal
  • 1 t,so. ginger,
  • 1/2 Jg. curd
  • Jeera, black pepper powder, red chilli powder
  • Oil to fry
  • 1/4 cup moong dal soak in water
  • Green chilli paste, salt
  • 4 t. sp. sugar

Instructions

  • Mixer dal.Add salt ginger chilli paste,
  • Take water in in big plate.Make vadas in hot oil, Keep in water for 3-4 minutes. Squeeze & keep aside.
  • Whisk curd. Add sugar. keep in the fridge.
  • While serving put vade in plate. Top it with jeera, black pepper, chilli powder.
