Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 2 piece green chilli
  • 1 piece ginger
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 4-5 curry leaves

Instructions

  • Put peanuts, ginger, green chilli, salt, water, curd in mixer jar. And make fine paste.
  • Then take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves.
  • When mustard seeds popped, add it to paste.
  • Enjoy with dosa, Uttapam, idli, upmašŸ˜Š
