Ingredients

  • Milk 2litres
  • Powdered sugar 100 grams or as per your taste
  • Cardamom (elaichi) powder 2tsp
  • Crushed Dry fruits 4tsp

Instructions

  • Boil the milk while mixing it until it becomes really thick
  • Transfer the thickened milk in a bowl and let it cool
  • Add powdered sugar in the thickened milk and give it a good mix
  • Grease your hands with ghee and make small balls of the mixture
  • Then give it the shape of peda
  • Garnish the pedas with elaichi powder and dry fruits
  • Then serve it and relish on its amazing taste

Notes/Tips

#1 While boiling the milk never stop mixing otherwise it will stick on the walls of the utensil. #2 Utensil used for boiling the milk must be thick (I would recommend iron utensil)
