- To begin the process of making the halwa take a pan, and pre-heat it on stove for about 2 minutes.
- Now add the mentioned quantity of pure ghee into the pan and let it melt on low flame of the stove.
- Now, add powdered cardamom seeds into the ghee and stir well.
- The next step is all about adding the wheat flour into the hot ghee and roast it till it turns brown. Remember, that you need to stir it continuously during this process or else it will turn stick to the pan.
- Then add the whole 1 litre water to the mixture and again keep stirring the mixture so that it does not result in any lumps.
- Now let the mixture absorb the water till ghee comes out and it leaves the pan.
- Once done, taste the halwa and serve hot.
