ATTA LADDUS It’s a very healthy sweet, made of atta & jaggery as main ingredients. Ingredients; Atta 1 cup Jaggery 3/4 cup Ghee 3/4 cup Cardamom powder a pinch Raisins ( optional) Almonds chopped 2tsp Powdered almonds 3 /4 tsp Method; Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan Fry chopped almonds & raisins To the same ghee add atta & fry till aromatic Let it cool Now, add powdered jaggery, powdered almonds & cardamom powder Mix well Now try to make laddus, using ghee or milk Delicious laddus ready

  • Fry nuts in ghee & take out Add atta & fry till aromatic Add powdered jaggery, cardamom powder,almonds powder & nuts Allow the mixture to come down to room temperature Make laddus by adding ghee or milk
