- In a pot take all ingredients of stuffing,mix well and keep it aside.
- In another pot take wheat flour and water,mix nicely and knead a soft dough.
- Now divide dough in equal portion of medium sized balls and make a cavity in between the dough ball and place stuffing in this and seal it properly.....prepare all the dough balls with the same process.
- Then make parathas from all the stuffed dough balls of even thickness.
- Heat a pan or tawa and place parathas,apply oil and cook it from both the sides properly.
- Aachari Paneer Paratha are ready to serve.
