  • 1 tbsp.Left Over Aachhar(pickle)
  • 1/4 Cup.Left Over Aachhar Oil(Pikle)
  • 2 Cup. Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Besan
  • 1/2 Cup. Rawa
  • 1 tsp. Carom seeds
  • 1 tbsp.lemon Juice
  • Serve Mango pulp

Instructions

  • Take all 3flour in a paraat. Add aachhar masala carom seeds aachhar oil and lemon juice.Mix it well. Now add water and knead a puri type dough.Leave it for 10min.
  • Heat oil in pan. Now roll puri and cut small round with small round cutter.And prik.Fry on mid. Slow flame. Aachhari Rings are ready.
  • Tasty Aachhari rings r ready to serve. Serve with Mango pulp. Or store in airtight container.
