Aadrak Amla cake

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Amla
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Bowl Mix Dried Fruits
  • 1 small bowl Glue (Goond)
  • 4 No Figs
  • 1 small bowl Milk
  • saffron threads 10-15

Instructions

  • First of all, boil the amla. Then crush it and put ghee in a pan and add this crushed amla to it for one minute.add sugar to it same weight of crushed AmlaRoughly
  • When all the water in the amla is burnt, add figs and dates and cook the mixture. When the mixture becomes fluffy, turn off the gas and mix everything by adding green Colour
  • Coconut powder and nuts, saffron, cardamom powder and honey. Add the dried fruits on top again and keep on The side
  • Now wash the ginger and crush it by adding a little milk to it. Now put some ghee in the pan and add crushed ginger and milk Mixture
  • Bake it for 2 minutes then add the same amount of sugar and keep it on slow gas until the sugar water is little left. then add figs and dates. Now when the mixture becomes fluffy, turn off the gas and add Coconut powder, Honey
  • saffron, cardamom powder and mixed Dry fruits, Fried Goond (Glue Edible) and mix it very well and keep it aside for some time.
  • Now take a cake tin and grease it with ghee. First spread the half amla mixture in it, then the ginger mixture in it and again half amla mixture to make layers like a cake and then take it out of the cake tin. Then garnish with dried nuts and fried Goond
  • Then garnish with dried nuts and fried Goond (Glue Edible) on top and serve.
  • Decorating with your choice

Notes/Tips

If ginger is very spicy so add some sugar ya mor honey as per your choice
