Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • Salt to tastes
  • 1 tspn Red chili Powder
  • 1 tspn coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn lemon Juice
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1 tspn green chillies
  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • Coriander leaves as needed
  • Oil for roasting paratha

Instructions

  • Take a bowl n added wheat flour n salt n required water n make soft dough.
  • Mash potatoes n added salt n all above spices in it.
  • Added onions, green chillies n lemon juice n coriander leaves n mix well.
  • Take a lemon size portion of dough n roll it. Put stuffing in between n covered it n roll again.
  • Heat tava n roasted paratha both the sides with applying Ghee,or oils..
  • Ready to serve with curd n green chutney..

Notes/Tips

You may roasted it with butter.
