Ingredients

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup Fenugreek leave
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1 tspn curd
  • Water as required
  • 4 potatoes
  • Coriander as needed
  • 1/2 tspn sugar ( optional)
  • 1 tspn coriander leaves
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspn lemon juice
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala
  • 1 tspn oil for roasting

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl n add flour in it n add all spices n salt to taste.
  • Now add finely chopped Fenugreek leave n curd n oils mixed well n added water as required n make dough from it.
  • Take a small portion n rolling Thepla from it n roasted it in tava with applying oil both the sides.
  • Boiled potatoes n cutting it. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds n add potatoes in it.
  • Added all spices n salt to taste n Mix well.
  • Now add lemon juice n little sugar in it n mix nicely.
  • Turned off gas flame n sprinkle some coriander leaves.
