- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and saute for a seconds, add onion. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Now turn the flame low, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder. Mix well. Mix well. Cook for one minute, add tomatoes, salt, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add potato, chana, mix well. Add 1 and half cup of water. cook it on high flame Let it boiled then turn the flame low, cover with the lid, cover and cook for few minutes.
- Open the lid, add garam masala, mix well, cook for one minute. Add coriander leaves.Turn off the flame. Aalu chane ki sabji is ready to eat.
