- Take a bowl add curd and besan whisk till it smooths add water as desired add salt, turmeric powder and keep it ready.
- Keep a pan on low flame put ghee and add jeera on a few minutes and add onion,tomato, aloo and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala soute for it.
- Mix well and now add whisked curd add some water if required.let it boil nicely on low flame.
- Kadhi is ready to serve hot with rice.
