Ingredients

  • 2 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup besan/gram flour
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp Jeera/cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 chopped aloo(potatoes)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 Pinch garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add curd and besan whisk till it smooths add water as desired add salt, turmeric powder and keep it ready.
  • Keep a pan on low flame put ghee and add jeera on a few minutes and add onion,tomato, aloo and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala soute for it.
  • Mix well and now add whisked curd add some water if required.let it boil nicely on low flame.
  • Kadhi is ready to serve hot with rice.
